This open plan, livable shed is a perfect getaway location for the keen fisherman! Plenty of yard space to park a boat (and then some), a lockable garage, large outdoor area with a BBQ and all the comforts of home, this property has it all. It is both fully furnished and fully self contained, plus is fully air conditioned. There is a double bed, single bed and trundle bed in the property but boasts a large hot water system to accommodate extra guests.
Halifax is situated in between the two main fishing beaches, Lucinda and Taylors Beach and the property is only a short distance from the Mona boat ramp. Some of the local amenities in Halifax include a general store, butcher, pubs, chemist, newsagents, library and fishing shop.
Maximum of 4 guests (sleeps 4 however floor room for extra beds avail)
Linen is NOT provided - Guests must bring own bedding and towels.
$380.00 per week.
$80.00 per night.
$200.00 bond required. Minimum 1 weeks stay.
Outside pets are allowed.
ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN
Check-in MUST be during office hours as follows.
MONDAY - FRIDAY 2pm - 5pm - if you anticipate an early arrival, you may contact our office to determine whether or not there is an outgoing guest.
SATURDAY: 8.30am - 12pm
Keys cannot be collected outside of these hours or on Sunday's. Closed Public Holidays.
