This relaxed style living home has great indoor outdoor flow; it is tiled throughout and has ceiling fans and security screens to ensure you make the most out of the sea breezes. The kitchen, living and dining area is open plan and has direct access to both the front and back outdoor entertaining areas. Use the front covered patio to unwind and look across to the park that sits just before the beach. The back entertaining area has plenty of seating and a BBQ. This area overlooks the fully fenced back yard and huge shed. Using the side access to your advantage park your cars, boat or trailer in secured parking behind the fence or in the shed.
Back inside you will find a tidy kitchen with all the necessities required when on holiday, a comfortable living room with sofas and a flat screen TV and a dining room table with seating for four. Down the hall you will find three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed and single trundle bed.
The bathroom has been renovated and has a shower, vanity and separate toilet. There is also a self-contained laundry with a washing machine and basin. This property is great value for money and is a fantastic place to rest your head at night after enjoying the assets of Bribie Island.

A booking fee of $10.00 and a cleaning fee of $65.00 applies.
$50 non-refundable fee is required if you do bring your pet
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival
A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
