The incredible white sands and crystal clear waters of Woorim beach are at the end of the street and the centre of town is a leisurely stroll up the road. Not only are you in a fantastic location this holiday home has everything you need. Offering a completely renovated retreat with new furniture and appliances throughout as well as a swimming pool, air conditioning and completely private and secure yard for children and pets.
The property has a colour bond fence with an electric gate surrounding it for complete privacy. There is a double carport for you to safety keep your car under and it can stay there as everything you need for a beach side holiday is within walking distance.
Outside you will find two outdoor entertaining areas one surrounding the sparkling in ground swimming pool and the second is undercover off the living area which has a table and chairs setting and a BBQ. These areas are an excellent spot to sit back and relax while enjoying some family time.
Inside you will be meet with a lovely open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and all of the appliances and kitchenware are new. The lounge room is separate and the perfect spot to enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show. It is fitted with a comfortable “L” shaped sofa, flat screen TV and air conditioning.
There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom featuring a walk in robe, ensuite, air conditioning, ceiling fan and queen size bed. The other two bedrooms both have ceiling fans and built in robes with bedroom two housing a queen size bed and the third bedroom having a double/single bunk combo.

A pre-authorised bond of $300 – $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
Please note there is no access to the garage parking for vehicles is only under the carport.
