A delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located in Woorim only a few minutes walk to the beautiful surf beach. There is a TV & DVD player and seating in the lounge room as well as two dining areas both with good sized dining room table and chairs sets.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robe and a ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a double bed, built in robe and ceiling fan and the third bedroom has two single beds, built in robe and ceiling fan. There is even a portacot and highchair available at the property for guest use. The main bathroom has a toilet, vanity and bath and the second bathroom is combined with the laundry with a shower and toilet.
The fully fenced back yard is the perfect place for the kids and dogs to run around. There is a large covered outdoor area with plenty of seating and a BBQ. There is parking for one vehicle in the garage as well as a boat. The drive way has plenty of additional off street parking for extra vehicles.
Only a very short walk away are all the cafes, clubs & shops in Woorim including the patrolled surf beach. This house is fully fenced(short fence) and pet friendly for your small well behaved outside dog.

Weekly rates: From $400 pw off peak.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays
A Booking Fee of $10.00 and a $65.00 cleaning fee applies.
A $50 pet fee applies if you bring your small well behaved dog.
A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
