Other features include good sized open plan living area, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooking, 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath, undercover entertaining area with Weber-Q and fully enclosed and secure rear yard that offers access for secure parking.

Location of home: The home is located on the corner of Macdonnell Street and Wilhelmina Street with the homes Frontage based on MacDonnell Street, opposite the Kingston cricket oval. Side gate access is off Wilhelmina Street.

Please note that a minimum of 4 nights stay over the Easter period and minimum of 3 nights over long weekends.
