3 Night - Long w/ends, 4 Night - Easter, 7 Night - Christmas/New Year Standard

All Long Weekends - $900
Easter 2016 - $1200 (24 Mar – 28 Mar)

Standard Nightly Rate applies for stays shorter than 7 nights. ** Discounted Rates Apply for Min 7 night stays during Term or Shoulder/Low periods.

Term - $1841 **7 night stay - SA School Holiday Times (Excluding Xmas)
Shoulder/Low - $1470 **7 night stay - All other times

$300 Departure Guarantee which will be held until inspection following departure

$139 Cleaning Fee

$35 Booking Administration Fee

Seasonal tariffs are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking along with the Departure Guarantee (refundable bond) and cleaning fee.

COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights or weekly rate for **7 night stays where applicable + $35 admin + cleaning = total price: all our properties are professionally cleaned, It is clean for you when you get there and clean ready for the next guest.
