This home sits just off the centre of Bribie Islands famous beach town, Woorim. Enjoy the peaceful, private setting of the houses location and the convenient walk to everything. A short walk up the road you will find the stunning white sands and blue waters of Woorim beach. This beach offers a patrolled safe swimming area to all ages as well as a small swell in some parts for beginner surfers or one who enjoys a body board. The centre of town not only has one of the most beautiful beaches in south east Queensland it also has shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants which are all at your fingertips when you stay at this lovely house.
Slide back the large front gate when you arrive at this property and find a fully fenced yard perfect to keep the kids and pets safe. There is a double lock up garage and a single carport so park the cars and leave them there as you have everything for a beachside holiday within walking distance. The lock up garage also has plenty to keep the young and young at hearth entertained with access to kayaks and boogie boards (use at your own risk).
Inside the property you will find a spacious open plan kitchen, living area and dining room which all features around the large undercover outdoor area. It offers the perfect indoor outdoor flow giving you an excellent place to enjoy some family time and even firer up the BBQ. There is a second living room also known as the library with comfortable seating and a huge range of books. All areas of the property including the bedrooms are fitted with modern appliances, ceiling fans and air conditioning apart from the fourth bedroom which has a pedestal fan.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three also have queen beds and bedroom four has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath tub, vanity, shower and separate toilet. There is full laundry services at the property as well.

A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
