Fishermen have the choice of fishing from the bank at one of the Clarence's most renowned fishing spots or taking the boat out. Being only a few minutes by boat to the open ocean this location is second to none. The wide deepwater bay permits boats to enter and leave the security of the protected harbour with ease. Guests will also enjoy the use of the deepwater mooring to store the boat when it is not being used and the in-ground salt water swimming pool on offer.

Whatever your choice of water sports may be Peninsula Court Unit 4offers it all right at your back door step. Located on the banks of the famous Clarence River, the complex has its own private marina for boat storage and direct river access making your holiday stress free! Cast a line almost from your own back yard or get the boat out for the day and have an action packed day full of wakeboarding and skiing! Spend the afternoon unwinding admiring the breathtakingl river views as the sun goes down and the dolphins pass by.

The unit has recently been refurbished and is fully self contained offering TV, DVD, Cooking Facilites, Stereo, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dryer, Barbeque and single Garage. The covered timber deck facing the river has the added advanbtage of an enclosed back yard (great for keeping the younger family members away from the river banks). The glass panelled fence of this yard allows for uninterupted views of the Clarence.

The complex also offers a communal inground swimming pool to all in-house guests.

We recently rented this property in Yamba. We were very pleased with it, a very comfortable little unit which was well equipped with everything that we could use, and in particular we very much enjoyed the spectacular views from the wonderful deck. Also it was very clean, with a lot of extras such as washing powder, and cleaning materials in the kitchen. Thank you for a lovely stay, and if we return to Yamba we will certainly stay here again (if available!)
