All Long Weekends - $450
Easter 2016 - $1100 (24 Mar – 28 Mar)

Standard Nightly Rate applies for stays shorter than 7 nights. ** Discounted Rates Apply for Min 7 night stays during Term or Shoulder/Low periods.

Term - $840 **7 night stay - SA School Holiday Times (Excluding Xmas)
Shoulder/Low - $630 **7 night stay - All other times

$300 Departure Guarantee which will be held until inspection following departure

$90 Cleaning Fee

$35 Booking Administration Fee

Seasonal tariffs are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking along with the Departure Guarantee (refundable bond) and cleaning fee.
