This holiday home offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people within 3 bedrooms.

The bedding configuration consists of One Queen, One Double and One Bunk bed.

Features of the property include.......Open plan Kitchen/Dine/Lounge area with R/C air conditioner, TV, DVD, M/wave and an Auto W/machine.

There is a fully enclosed large back yard where the children or dog can run to their hearts content.

The property also provides an undercover back timber deck housing both a Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Holiday guests to supply bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen plus all personal requirements. (Blankets or doonas & pillows supplied)

This property IS PET FRIENDLY - OUTSIDE ONLY PLEASE. This property is a SMOKE FREE ZONE.

The following rates apply from 1st July 2015.

2 Night minimum booking applies all year round

3 Night - Long w/ends, 4 Night - Easter, 7 Night - Christmas/New Year Standard

Nightly Rate - $150
Peak Week - $1050 (11 Dec – 31 Jan)
All Long Weekends - $450
Easter 2016 - $600 (24 Mar – 28 Mar)

Standard Nightly Rate applies for stays shorter than 7 nights. ** Discounted Rates Apply for Min 7 night stays during Term or Shoulder/Low periods.

Term - $791 **7 night stay - SA School Holiday Times (Excluding Xmas)
Shoulder/Low - $630 **7 night stay - All other times

$300 Departure Guarantee which will be held until inspection following departure

Seasonal tariffs are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking along with the Departure Guarantee (refundable bond) and cleaning fee. COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights or weekly rate for **7 night stays where applicable + $35 admin + cleaning = total price: all our properties are professionally cleaned, It is clean for you when you get there and clean ready for the next guest.
