A completely renovated, spacious, open plan holiday house is fresh to the market for its first time and it will not disappoint. Set out with open plan living areas, three outdoor areas, high quality furniture and only a hop and a skip to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Sunshine Coast.
You will find elegant and tasteful décor from the moment you walk through the front gate. Along the front of the property is a spacious undercover deck equipped with an outdoor table and chairs set and a BBQ. The front yard is shaded by a beautiful tree which gives you an instant relaxing at home feel.
Through the front door you will be met with light, bright and spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room is set with comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV with Foxtel, a DvD player and board games. The dining room table has seating for six. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and plenty of kitchenware. This area has a huge air conditioning system that can cool the whole house.
The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and has private access to the front deck. This bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and air conditioning. You will also find a queen size bed is the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom both of these bedrooms have air conditioning as well.. The fourth bedroom has been set up especially for the kids and has two sets of single bunks, air conditioning, a flat screen TV and DvD player as well as plenty of bean bag seating. The main bathroom which has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet is also off the main living area of the home.
Out through the back door you will find another two outdoor entertaining areas with seating, a large fully fenced yard perfect for the kids to run and play or even a small outside dog. The second bathroom is located off the outdoor area one covered step from the back door. This bathroom has a shower and toilet and also houses the laundry with both washing machine and dryer. You can also locate an outdoor shower in the back yard which is perfect to wash off the sand from the beach.
This beautiful home is only one street back from Woorim beach were you can enjoy kilometres of blue water and white sand. Often the local dolphins will put of a show while you enjoy the sunshine and even the whales visit our beautiful beach at the right time of year. Not only is this property meters away from the beach the centre of town is an easy stroll up the road which has shops, cafes, clubs and public transport.

A pre-authorised bond of $300 – $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate..
